We answer emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday except major holidays.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after placement. Additional delays can occur during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed we ship within 1-3 days but if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse but we'll do everything we can!

In the event any of your items are out of stock we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund those items.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY DRAGON GUM?
Because of its liquid-filled center, we recommend storing it in a cool place. To prevent the liquid from leaking if it's accidentally sat on or squeezed, please keep it in our tin or keychain. DO NOT LEAVE IN CAR DURING THE HOT SUMMER AS IT WILL MELT!
IS DRAGON GUM SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
We recommend ages 16 and up, the powerful xylitol and intense mint flavor can feel overly strong or spicy for younger children.
IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE?
Yes Dragon Gum has a shelf life of 1.5 yrs.
